Parkland contracts courier and freight companies to deliver purchased goods. We are not liable for any failure of these companies to deliver on a timely basis due to reasons beyond our control.

Returns Policy
(a) Items will only be accepted for return if they are received by Parkland within 14 working days of the date on the Packing Slip.
(b) Goods will only be accepted for return if they are in re-saleable condition. This means that they must be undamaged, un-used, and include any accessories, manuals and documentation. In addition, the packaging must be returned intact.
(c) For any goods returned, the original freight charges will be non-refundable. Subsequent freight charges for replacement products will be payable by the customer.
(d) To initiate a product return, please phone 0800 807 333 between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
(e) Your refund will be issued after Parkland receives your item(s). Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
(f) If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Parkland Customer Service at 0800-807-333 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 8.30 a.m- 5 p.m.

(h) Parkland reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
